How do I change my software subscription?

Keep reading to learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your software subscription.

Sensor stations, sensor stations with an add-on rain gauge, and base stations with an add-on rain gauge each require a software subscription. 

1. Click on your profile in the upper right hand corner of the Dashboard, then select Settings.

2. Click Profile + Billing.

3. In the Billing section next to Data Plan, click the Change Plan button.

4. Change the software subscription by selecting or unselecting the checkbox next to each unit. Click Save to change your subscription.
